YES, Christmas is coming ..... and seemingly faster as each year goes by.

It becomes a time of rush and hurry, and if this is so for you, please remember to take some moments each day to reflect the how, when, where and why of this rush and hurry. When you can answer this with, "it is because I love them", then you have nothing to worry about.

Of course, in loving others, we first need to be able to love and accept ourselves. This is not always easy, and it can take courage at times to reflect upon our own motives, and go through a checklist of life's options that apply to us. One thing that has helped us, and many of our clients is Emotional Freedom Technique - E.F.T. or 'tapping' for short.
