how does the NCi ruler work?

Your Neck Compression Index (NCi) ruler allows us to calculate the amount of pressure/weight you are applying to your pillow.

If your pillow does not match that pressure with correct height and support it will force your neck and shoulder muscles to over contract, causing discomfort and interrupting your sleeping pattern.
